As a designer goldsmith, Diana Kim England was the first and only to conceive the woven shapes used on the wooden Nantucket Lightship Baskets as a pallet for these earrings, using gold combined with the actual materials used on the wooden lidded hand bag tops.
The hand cut, filed and polished ebony wood used in the wooden Nantucket lightship basket top has been adopted in these gold earrings as seen above. It's quite often confused as onyx. A ring of diamonds surround each individually cut center piece of ebony.
Also available in repurposed hand cut antique ivory from piano keys.
Prices start at $1140 depending on size and shape.
